We have designed our programs to meet the needs of every individual no matter their age or level of fitness. It is not about the activity you choose, but it is the benefits of living healthier on the inside as well as the outside.
We provide a welcoming environment at all three of our locations focused on helping you and your family gain strength, endurance, and self- confidence. Members and non-members alike are invited and encouraged to participate in our programs!

Personal training is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals effectively and efficiently. It involves one or more regular training sessions with a certified personal trainer, and is offered in one-on-one, partner, or small-group training sessions. Your personal trainer will guide you through workouts and provide you with encouragement, direction, motivation, and accountability. Our trainers will help you achieve your goals and push you to new heights in your fitness journey.
Nutrition Counseling helps you understand your individual nutrition needs and patterns while taking into consideration any diagnoses or conditions. Our certified nutrition coach meets you where you’re at in your journey to get healthy, providing nutrition education and counseling to meet your personal health goals.
Get fit with your friends in teams of 4. Don’t have a full team, make some new friends! This 8-week program offers weekly workouts, weigh-ins and 2-Tanita body composition tests. This program will challenge you to become healthier inside and out!

Individual health coaching sessions include completing a health risk assessment, biometric measurements, lipid profile testing and goal setting. Aggregate data is collected and reported on to keep current with the changing health needs within each company we work with. In addition to health coaching, we offer corporate fitness memberships, personal training, on site fitness and wellness classes, fun corporate challenges and company gatherings at our outdoor learning and education center.

In the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program, a trained Lifestyle Coach will introduce topics in a supportive, small group environment and encourage participants as they explore how healthy eating, physical activity and behavior changes can help reduce their risk for diabetes and benefit their overall health.
The Diabetes Prevention Program is a recognized program by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Personal training is a great way to reach your goals. One of our certified personal trainers will tailor an exercise program and work with you one on one.
Typically, early mornings and late afternoons are when we see the most traffic. It does vary, though.
The YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston has a Tanita Body Scan Machine which will calculate your body fat percentage, where your muscle and fat are distributed plus a lot more. It is a great way to keep track of your progress.
