Did you know that between our 3 fitness facilities we now offer 49 classes per week? Within those classes, we offer 6 aqua classes, 6 senior classes, and 10 yoga classes along with beginner and advanced Tai Chi and a variety of pre-choreographed and freestyle classes. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of classes to fit every level of fitness.
