Did you know that the YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston has nearly 300 group exercise videos available for home viewing on our YouTube channel? Our virtual streaming was originally established as part of our Covid-19 protocols.
Now with the pandemic in the rear-view mirror, and with the goal of promoting in-person connection and community, we will no longer be streaming new group exercise classes for home viewing.
If you can’t make it to either Turner Street (Auburn) or Health Club & Spa (Lewiston) for a workout, you’ll still have access to all previously recorded sessions on YouTube.
