Everyone Is Welcome!

The Y is for everyone. Our programs, services and initiatives enable kids to realize their potential, prepare teens for college, offer ways for families to have fun together, empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind and body; prepare people for employment, welcome and embrace newcomers and help foster a nationwide service ethic. And that’s just the beginning.

Three Convenient Locations

As a member of the YMCA of Auburn-Lewison, you have access to 3 fitness center locations:

  • Y @ 62 Turner Street in Auburn
  • Y @ CMMC located at 12 High Street in Lewiston
  • Y @ Health Club and Spa located at 1977 Lisbon Road, Lewiston.

In addition to these local locations, Y members have reciprocal membership with most Y’s throughout New England and United States.
