30 Day Fitness Challenge

Week of February 4th – Week of March 2nd

For this 4-week event, members are challenged to complete 5 activities per week, one from each category.

At the end of each week, participants will bring their completed calendar to any YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston location, where our Member Services Staff will verify and initial each completed week.

For each week completed, members will be entered to win a prize. If all 4 weeks are completed, they will be entered to win a YMCA sweatshirt!

GROUP EX UPDATE
We will be moving our group exercise equipment at Turner St to a newly renovated space downstairs on Wednesday April 10th.

We will have regular classes Wednesday morning, but this week we're canceling Bootcamp at noon, Yoga at 1:15pm, and Group Power at 5:15pm. We will also be canceling the 5:30am Bootcamp early Thursday.

The first class in the new space downstairs will be 8am Yoga on Thursday April 11th.
