This highly effective workout will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your cardio fitness, agility, coordination, power, and strength with exciting music and motivational coaching.
Registration is required - signup will open two days prior to each outdoor class. If it rains, we will call registered participants and let them know the class will be moving back indoors to Turner Street.
Outdoor Bootcamp is held at the Y Outdoor Learning & Education Center (OLEC) located at 151 Stetson Rd in Auburn.
Please note that Stetson Road is inaccessible from Center Street due to construction throughout the summer - we recommend an alternative route such as N River Road to reach your destination. The entrance to OLEC will be marked with signage:

This class focuses on improving an individual's ability to move in all directions, while enhancing athletic performance, physical fitness, and range of motion. Designed for all levels and abilities!

Using TRX suspension makes gravity your resistance, adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet! Upon completion of this program, you will be able to check out a TRX strap for personal use at our facility.

Our cycle classes are non-impact individually paced cardio workout on our specially designed Keiser M3 stationary bikes. Remember: Although the program is free for members, you must register 30 minutes before each class to reserve a bike.
