There is a one-time fee covering all four classes: $40/members, $60/non-members.
Sculpting With Water provides a mix of strength training and muscle-building in a low-impact workout in the pool. Using the water's buoyancy, this class uses water as resistance to use more muscles to float and maintain good form while engaging your core, legs, and arms together.
This class will teach the basics of using water and good form for exercises that can be tailored to your level and increased as you improve. Set in a smaller class setting, more individualized attention will show how to improve your balance, strength, and mobility with a variety of pool accessories, fun music, and less gravitational impact.
