Group Power Instructor Training

Signup is now open for fitness instructor training, no experience necessary! We need at least 8 participants to run this training program for new instructors, so if you’ve ever thought about teaching group exercise, this is your chance to get certified to lead Group Power classes at the YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston.
