The 2025 Youth Field Hockey season is upon us. This program is designed to teach and promote fair play, physical activity, and social skills. Participants are separated by grade, and all abilities are welcome. All players must provide goggles, stick, shin guards, and mouthpiece.
Who:
Children from Kindergarten to Grade 6, separated into three different divisions:
- Grades K-2*
- Grades 3-4
- Grades 5-6
*Grades K-2 will have practice every Tues/Thurs and weekend scrimmages as programming allows.
When:
Tuesday & Thursday Practices 5:15 – 6:30pm from Sept 2nd to Oct 16th, 2025.
Saturday or Sunday [TBD] Practices or Scrimmages from Sept. 6/7 to Oct. 18/19, 2025. Please note that some travel will be required (i.e. Turner, Poland, Oak Hill).
Where:
Weeknight or weekend practices or home scrimmages will be at the Y’s Outdoor Learning & Education Center. Entrance is across from 595 North River Road in Auburn.
Cost:
$68/Y-Members and $78/Non-Members.
