“I wanted to take a minute to thank our donors, members, participants, staff, and parents for a great summer camp! We kicked off the summer with many donations to make sure we had what we needed to be successful.
This summer we had many new faces at camp, making for a great mix of campers. Many new friends were made this summer. We also had a few people stop by to work with our campers. Many thanks to Emma from Androscoggin Soil and Water for her help all 9 weeks with our outdoor life program. We even had the 4H Summer of Science program through the University of Maine’s Cooperative Extension program.
We also had quite a few new activities debut at camp. Four square, karaoke, ukulele lessons, dungeon and dragons, and bracelet making were just a few. This summer we debuted our swim lesson program. We had 20 kids learn how to swim by the end of the program.
