YOGA WORKSHOPS
Yoga 101
New to Yoga or would you like to refine your poses? This class is a
guided adventure where you will learn how to start a yoga practice
safely. Come learn the foundations of good yoga alignment with this
workshop series focused on creating an accessible and comfortable
experience for everyone on their mat. Pre-requisites: A desire and
willingness to learn and have fun!

Restorative Yoga
Reduce stress and gain a more restful night sleep. This class will relax
your body, mind and spirit. Beneficial to students of all ability
levels. This slow paced class combines easy warm-ups, light stretches
and gentle yoga postures with deep breath awareness to enhance a sense
of well-being and relieve tension. We will end with restorative poses to
open, release and relax the body in restful postures, which allows the
mind, heart and spirit to renew and heal. No yoga experience necessary.

Nautilus Center
The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA's Nautilus Center offers a line of Next Generation Nautilus Equipment. The equipment features 14 selectorized machines. This full line provides a safe and effective workout, while increasing strength and flexibility.

Yoga Room
Our Yoga Room is a peaceful, quiet, and serene setting to experience the benefits of our yoga program. Yoga is a practice of energy giving exercises that will strengthen your spirit, mind, and body. Yoga not only improves flexibility, strength, posture, and balance, but also can relieve stress and sharpen your internal focus.
The room is designed for all levels, regardless of experience.
